Yes. All Inferno Carbon Fiber steering wheels are crafted using genuine carbon fiber — not hydro-dipped plastic or imitation materials. We offer several options:
- Forged carbon fiber
- Classic carbon fiber weave
- Honeycomb carbon fiber
- Custom colored classic carbon fiber
Each wheel is made using premium automotive-grade materials built to last for years without issues.
Customers can choose between several premium grip materials:
- Perforated leather
- Smooth leather
- Alcantara
All grip materials are designed to provide superior grip, comfort, and a premium interior feel compared to the OEM steering wheel.
Yes — we specialize in fully custom builds. Options include:
- Carbon fiber type & flake colors
- Grip material & stitching color
- Top stripe color
- Flat-top, F1, or signature flat-bottom / round-top shape
- Custom embroidery or logos
- Optional LED RPM shift lights

Yes. Our steering wheels retain all factory functionality. Your OEM components transfer directly onto the new wheel, including:
- OEM airbag
- Steering wheel buttons
- Paddle shifters (if equipped)
No — you keep your OEM wheel. In all cases, no core exchange is required. We ship a fully built replacement that allows you to transfer your existing airbag and controls onto the new wheel.
For certain classic car builds we may request a core exchange, but this will always be communicated clearly before purchase.
Most installations are completed in 30–60 minutes. You'll typically need:
- Socket wrench set (13/16", 15/16", or 24mm)
- Breaker bar or impact wrench / drill
- T30 Torx bit
- Phillips or flathead screwdrivers
- Small airbag removal tool (for spring clips)
For older models, PB Blaster or penetrating oil may help loosen a stuck steering wheel from the column. Professional installation is recommended if you're unfamiliar with airbag removal.
Every wheel is custom built to order. Typical production time: 3–5 weeks.
This beats the industry standard — most custom carbon fiber steering wheel companies take 6+ weeks before even shipping. Highly customized builds may take slightly longer depending on materials and complexity.
Order changes may be possible within 24 hours of placing your order. Once production has started, modifications are no longer possible.

The 2-year warranty covers the carbon fiber finish against heat-related cracking or structural defects. The 1-year warranty covers LED shift lights and electronic modules against malfunction or manufacturing defects.
Warranty applies to manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
