The moment your order is confirmed your build enters our production queue. We review your customization options — carbon type, grip material, stitching color, stripe, and add-ons.
You will receive an order confirmation and our team may follow up to confirm any custom details before cutting starts.
This is when your custom steering wheel enters production. We begin the carbon fiber layup process — Classic, Honeycomb, or Forged — reshape the frame if requested, and prepare all structural components.
This is where your one-of-one build starts to come to life.
The wheel is sealed, cured, and clear-coated for that deep gloss, authentic finish. Leather or Alcantara is hand-stitched, the center stripe is installed, and all details are refined.
LED RPM lights are tested along with heated options. Each wheel undergoes a detailed quality control inspection before approval.
Your custom Inferno Carbon Fiber steering wheel is carefully packaged and shipped nationwide. Tracking information is emailed and DM'd directly to you.
Your wheel arrives ready to install. From order to on-hand — your build is complete. Most customers receive their wheel faster than the 6+ week industry standard.
