All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed and delivered.

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns or refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect fitment, or buyer preference.

Damages & Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@infernocarbonfiber.com with clear photos and order details.

If the issue is verified, we will work with you to resolve the matter appropriately. Failure to contact us within this timeframe may result in the claim being denied.


Non-Returnable Items

All items sold by Inferno Carbon Fiber are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

-Custom or made-to-order steering wheels

-Special orders or personalized items

-Sale items or pre-built wheels

-Gift cards


Refunds

We do not offer refunds. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or reversed.
