Here at Inferno Carbon Fiber, every steering wheel is hand-built to order with precision craftsmanship. Because each build is fully customized, our process follows a structured production timeline to ensure the highest quality possible.
🛠 Custom Build Production Timeline
Production Time:
Custom steering wheels require 3–5 weeks for manufacturing.
- This timeframe includes:
- Frame preparation
- Carbon fiber layering & curing
- Custom grip wrapping (Alcantara, perforated leather, smooth leather)
- Stitching & color matching
- Final assembly & quality inspection
- Build times may vary slightly depending on customization complexity and order volume.
📦 Shipping Time
Once your wheel is completed:
- Orders ship within 4–5 business days
- Tracking information is provided immediately after shipment
- Shipping time begins after production is finalized
Domestic U.S. transit times typically range from 2–5 business days depending on location.
🚚 Shipping Details
- All wheels are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit
- Signature confirmation may be required for high-value orders
- Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address at checkout
🌎 International Orders
- International shipping times vary by country
- Customs fees, duties, or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer
- Inferno Carbon Fiber is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing

- Build timelines may extend during peak seasons or high demand periods
- Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled
